The Events page just shows the booking. http://indiesocialclub.com/events/.
The event is hyperlinked there. If you click to it, you are brought here: http://indiesocialclub.com/events/7/sing-along/, but then you have to click on the events in the nav to get back to book. When you do click on the Book button, it takes me immediately to: http://indiesocialclub.com/events/#eme-rsvp-message, which is not really relevant to the RSVP.
Also, in the dashboard summary of all the events, the event says that it is free. When you click on the event to edit it, it retains the settings of being a $10 event.

I’m guessing your settings are all wrong here. The booking form should never show when clicking on events. I’m guessing your EME setting “Events page” is not correctly filled in (and read the text alongside the setting).
