we’ve now used the automatic waiting list for a few months and it’s made our sports club management SO much easier! 🙂
We haven’t changed any settings but recently (not sure if it came with version 2.2.47 since we didn’t have any events in the last weeks that used the waiting list) we realized that, when people are moved from the waiting list to the actual participants list, they do not receive the correct ‘booking confirmed’-email but rather receive the ‘your booking is on the waiting list’-email again. I’ve just reproduced the behaviour after I got notified of this issue, one user also reported that he received an empty email.
As we haven’t made any changes to the event series recently, I think this might have come with one of the recent updates.
