Placeholder request for attendees

I would like to have a Placeholder that shows

– the maximum Attendees per Event (defined the backend event registrationsbox (Anmeldungen))

and

– free spaces (defined the backend event registrationsbox (verfügbare Plätze))

#_AVAILABLESPACES existed already (forgot to document it ==> fixed)

I also added #_TOTALSPACES in trunk
