Person Photo Upload/Change in [eme_change_personal_info]

Hi Franky,

so I’m finally nearing the production release of my website. And thanks to your previous work I got a very nice form going where participants can directly edit their personally info.
Now, as you know and pointed out in one of our previous exchanges the Person image is missing from this shortcode (and consequently from [eme_request_personal_info], too).

Would you consider adding the necessary placeholders there? So that people can see their photo and change/upload a new one?
That would be awesome.
