Modifying RSVP labels and styling hooks

Hi there,

Great work on this plugin, thank you.

It would be useful if admins could change the RSVP labels on the form, or if there was a hook to do that.

Also, the “Get Directions” html doesn’t have any css hooks, if the ‘Get Diretions’ containing div had an ID or a class on it then it would make things easier to style.

The labels will be adjustable once I implement the feature request for custom forms and fields. Concerning the CSS: I’ll add it asap.
