Holidays enhanced

Hello Franky,

I like to give the following inspiration on how the Holidays could be enhanced 🙂

a) YYYY-MM-DD/YYYY-MM-DD
b) YYYY-MM-DD/YYYY-MM-DD, holiday name, calendar CSS class, link

a) please allow an option to set first date – last date for multi day use
b) please allow an optional link (clicking on the title of the holiday at the full calendar)

Although this is waaaay overdue, this will be possible in the next version:

* Holidays now can be specified using a range too, and an optional link, so these are now possible:
2022-12-25,Christmas
2022-12-20–2023-01-02,Christmas holidays
2022-12-25,Christmas,my_extra_css_class
2022-12-25,Christmas,my_extra_css_class,link_to_the_holiday_info
