Get Confirmation of Pending Approvals

I’d like to have the first template in the Mail Templates tab (Contact Person Email) sent when we receive a request to attend events that:

(x) require approval for registration
(x) only take attendance (0 or 1 seat) for this event

I have tested the email settings for both PHP mail and WP mail. Both work but I don’t receive the contact person email. Should I be expecting that to arrive with the settings above?

You need to use “Contact Person Email Pending Subject Format” and “Contact Person Email Pending Body Format”.
