Franky,

I must say that I just hate this function. I hate it being Draft by default. Where I can change it to Public by default?

line 13 in eme_events.php:
```
"event_status" => STATUS_DRAFT,
```
change it to:
```
"event_status" => STATUS_PUBLIC,
```
