But when making a reservation the conformation mails are not send or with a delay of a hour.
Most of the time the conformation mails are not send!

All made bookings are approved booking and are visibel in the approved booking tap.
Question is: how can we ensure that everyone receives an email confirmation while the test emails are sent correctly.
Do you have mail queueing activated (judging by the comment “with a delay of an hour”, I guess so)? If so, check your “Scheduled actions” and configure how many mails you want to send in which timeframe.
