Custom templates

Hey Franky,
I need your help.
I have a problem with my custom templates. I have been using the templates for several years.
There are several <br> tags in the html code and I do not know where they came from.
I use eme 2.0.18 and WP 4.9.2

To test:
To limit the problem, I have set up a new WP installation. Eme is the only plugin I have installed, standard theme without a child.

I use the same html code for the default single event format and for a custom template.
I have create 2 events, you can take a look:

The default single event format looks good. The custom format is not so nice.
Do you have any idea?
