Hi, loving the plugin, really pleased at how configurable it is.
Just one thing I’m struggling to do – I want to change my week, so it starts on monday and ends on sunday. Is this something i can do?

Change your wordpress generic settings for that, EME uses the setting ‘weeks starts on’
