Can’t use template for my bookings

Hi
i tried to use eme_mybookings with a tempalte but never happened. The template is:
[eme_mybookings #_STARTDATE #_STARTTIME: #_EVENTNAME (#_RESPSPACES places). #_CANCEL_OWN_URL]
But in the page only showing
Name (numeber of seats)
No event name, no cancel url, no date…
can’t understand why. Could you help me?

Yes i tried using the documentation forndays before asking here, even copy-pasting the example, but nothing happens, could you help me? Is there any help service even with payment, we really need it

You just need to create a template with your placeholders in it, and point to the id of that template in your shortcode.
