I’m just getting ready to put on my first event and I need to output my ticket sales for the first time. I have no PDF or HTML templates for output yet.
I tried outputting PDF and HTML and both were blank by default.
Perhaps you should include a simple default template in the plugin for these output formats so this feature works out of the box. I will try to create a template now and if I have an issue, I’ll reply here.
I was able to get the HTML output to work with a simple template, but it took some guesswork. I couldn’t find any documentation on this feature. It appears the template only applies to the output of each booking, but not to any global settings like placing the event name at the top which limits the output’s usefulness to some extent.
