Add spinner while next month calendar is loading

When viewing the calendar, it can take between several seconds and much longer to go from the current month to the next and vice versa. Sometimes it’s instantaneous, but I have seen it take up to 20 seconds on a site with large database. The calendar then feels like it’s broken.

It would be great if there could be some indication of the next month calendar loading such as greying out the calendar with “Loading…” on top or a spinner GIF.
