Add Contact Information for RSVP

Hi. I run a website where I accept events from other organisations as well as uploading my own. I get the individual to complete a form via the website and email me.

I don’t want users to register on my website, however, I do want to add their contact details so that RSVP responses can go directly to the event organiser. I am probably being dim, but I can’t find a way of doing this.

Hopefully someone knows how to do this.
