InactiveHello.. I am new to this plug in and have a really basic question. I have set up an event but on the page it has no booking option for the member. Can you tell me how to add the booking form to the event page?
Regards

InactiveThere’s a brief learning curve for this software, but a LOT is controlled in that little “Default single event format” box on the Settings page.
For your reference, StupidMe, here’s what I’m using; it’s probably a little bit fancier than you require:
<b><p style="float: left; width: 32%; text-align: left;">#D, #M. #j, #Y -- #_12HSTARTTIME to #_12HENDTIME</p>
<p style="float: left; width: 60%; text-align: right;">#_LOCATIONNAME, #_ADDRESS, #_TOWN</p></b><div> </div>
<div> </div><div> </div>
<div class="sep"> </div>[events_if tag='#_IS_RSVP_ENABLED' value='1']<b>Look below for details, or register: </b>#_PRICE each #_ATT{priceinfo}#_ADDBOOKINGFORM<div class="sep"> </div> [/events_if]
#_NOTES
<div class="sep"> </div>
#_MAP
<div class="sep"> </div>
<b>Directions</b> (click "Get Directions"): #_DIRECTIONS
<div class="sep"> </div>
<b>Event Categories:</b> #_CATEGORIES
<div class="sep"> </div>
[events_if tag='#_IS_LOGGED_IN' value='1']
[events_if2 tag='#_IS_RSVP_ENABLED' value='1']
<b>Attendees: (Only Visible to Staff)</b> #_ATTENDEES<div> </div><b>Availability:</b> #_BOOKEDSEATS seats booked, #_AVAILABLESEATS available<div class="sep"> </div>[/events_if2][/events_if][events_if tag='#ESC_CATEGORIES' notcontains='Non-Org']<b>Event Contact:</b> #_CONTACTNAME, #_CONTACTEMAIL, #_CONTACTPHONE<div class="sep"> </div>[/events_if]<div>
Click #_ICALLINK or <a target="_blank" href="http://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=TEMPLATE&text=#URL_NAME&dates=#_{Ymd}T#H#_{i}00/#@_{Ymd}T#@H#@_{i}00&sprop=#URL_EVENTPAGEURL&location=#URL_ADDRESS,#URL_TOWN&details=#URL_LOCATION">Google Calendar</a> to add to your calendar.<div> </div></div>
[events_if tag='#_IS_LOGGED_IN' value='1']
#_EDITEVENTLINK this event listing<div> </div>[/events_if]I also posted an earlier, much simpler version of this a couple of weeks ago.
(I’m just a user, Franky’s the developer.)

InactiveThanks for the replies. I have pasted #_LOCATIONNAME in the html of the event but it is displayed as #_LOCATIONNAME and not converted to the location. My site does not seem to be parsing the short codes? Any ideas please?

KeymasterNot in the html of the event, but in the “format” settings in the EME settings window.
