I want to integrate a route planning link in the callout in the openstreetmap location map.
What do I need to change and implement to get this enabled for my attendees?

See the doc on location placeholders: https://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/category/documentation/7-placeholders/7-3-locations/
In other words: use #_DIRECTIONS in your single location format settings
