form dynamic (conditionnal)

I have one event frorm where poeple can select yes or not in one drop down list.

if yes I need to complete three new field but if NO I would like that these field were invisible. I have read documentation about conditionnal tags but I am not sure to understand or applicable for my situation.

One exemple will be appreciate.

If you want to hide certain fields based on the value of another one, you need to do that via javascript. Such conditions are not handled by the conditional tags in any way.
