Feature Request: Additional custom field types

It would be helpful to have more options than just text, dropdown and textarea.

Email (additional email fields)

Number (phone, date, amount)

Radio

Checkbox

URL

Also, the ability to add a default or placeholder value in the field would be great.

Great job with the plugin, thank you for all your hard work.

Already a feature request, closing this one. Most of the fields you descvribe are html5 fields btw.
