add external shortcode o php function on a template

Hello!

I need to include a not support payment method and I think it will be easy if I could introduce by myself in the payment template. I’m thinking to include the code on the “offline payment format” inside memberships options.
There is chance to introduce a shortcode forn another plugin or php function to call this external funcion on a template?

The offline payment format should support shortcodes just fine (although things might not work as you expect …)
