Custom attributes, sequence in the dropdown field at the backend

I use many user attributes in my custom templates. To get a little structure in the selection I have the attributes in a defined order at the end of the standard template created (in the settings).
At the time that worked well. Currently, the order has changed but unfortunately I can not recognize any system.
Unfortunately, I can not say more from which version the change has occurred.
I currently use the latest version.

My dropdownlist looked like this:
