    I’m using the EME without problem for typical events.

    I’d like to use it to display Holiday Greetings as well (a second widget box with just title/date & external link to a wikipage explaining more about the holiday). The problem I am running into is recurrences. Holidays happen once per year and so I’d like to set this up that each “event” recurs once per year. Any tips?

    That’s already possible using recurrent events, just use 12 months as the interval.

    It’s asking me for an end date, however. What do I do for this? Obviously recurring holidays don’t have end dates so I am confused.

    Put something like 2038 for the end date 🙂
